Known in Australia as Theatre Sports, and made famous in the UK and US on shows such as “Whose Line is it, Anyway?". Suitable for all ages, Impro-active includes games and methods to sharpen skills that can be applied to real-life situations as well as improving stage & screen performance. Come along and experience one of the most rewarding and totally addictive drama classes available.
Two dynamic workshops for children and adults.
Led by Wendy Herbert of WAG Productions, the workshops will focus on different aspects of theatre games and methods that help improve and sharpen acting and improvisation techniques. The activities will enhance communication skills and boost participants’ confidence. Impro-active is for everyone, and is a relaxed way to make new friends in a fun environment.
About the Workshop Leader
Wendy Herbert
Wendy is a certified Theatre Sports trainer who has competed internationally and at the Belvoir Street Theatre in Sydney, the home of improvisational theatre in Australia. She teaches workshops at several International High Schools in Hong Kong. She can also sometimes be heard on air at Metro Plus, and claims that if she can teach monkeys to catch crocodiles she can teach you to improvise.
