Pirates of the Panto 2010

A pirate-themed extravaganza by Stephen Bolton and Teri Fitsell.

Auditions for Chorus

• Registration for an audition time is essential and these will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
  
• You may express a preference for either Saturday or Sunday and once your application form has been e-mailed through with a photo to our Panto Producer, you will be allocated a time.
  
• Application forms are available to download here. If you have difficulty attaching a photo to the form simply send it as an attachment.
  
• It is anticipated that auditions will take place over a three hour period, although each person would only be expected to be there for approximately 45 minutes. During that time each person will be expected to learn a short dance routine with our Choreographer and sing a short song with our Musical Director. There will also be a quick question and answer session. Please come suitably dressed.
  
• Each person will undertake the audition process in a group of six.
  
• All auditions will take place at our rehearsal venue - Spooky 3. Detailed directions can be found here.
  
• Each person will be told the result of the audition via e-mail by Tuesday 31 August. Successful cast will be expected to attend the first rehearsal on the following Saturday 4 September.
  
• Registration will be available from Wednesday 18 August. Completed application forms with photo should be sent to pantoproducer@hongkongplayers.com.
  
• Auditions are open to adults and children aged 10 and above who can commit to our schedule.
  
  
Before applying, please look very carefully at the Rehearsal Schedule. If you cannot make the majority of the rehearsals and all the performances you should not apply.

Please note that there are public car parks very close to Spooky, one indoor is immediately adjacent and an outdoor is at the end of the road. Parents are very welcome to accompany their children to Spooky and have a drink in our waiting area while their children are auditioning.
